The UK is experiencing a new strain of Covid-19, so we are in and out of new lockdown measures here.

As has been the case throughout the pandemic, Studio Chuffed will remain open. I always work from home, and my partner has also been working from home since March 2020.

I am still accepting and shipping orders worldwide. However, I am only shipping orders on Tuesdays and Fridays (except Bank Holidays) to reduce visits to the Post Office.

No exceptions, sorry! We're limiting trips to the post office to protect the health of my family and the postal workers.

Please order before midday British Time on Monday for dispatch on Tuesday, and by midday British Time on Thursday for dispatch on Friday. If you order after midday British Time on Monday/Thursday, your order will be dispatched the following time we're at the Post Office.

Please be assured that at present I do not have the virus, and even so it is understood that the virus can not be transmitted via parcels or letters. Regardless, whilst handling your orders I will continue to wash my hands regularly and use hand-sanitizer, as I have always done.

This is a hard and scary time for everyone. Many small and independent businesses are struggling with a fall in sales, myself included. If you’re able, please show your support for your local and online businesses anyway you can. A small purchase can make a huge difference, and if you can't buy, consider telling friends about them, or sharing them on social media.

 

CURRENT ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Due to various lock-downs across the world, I cannot guarantee how long items will take to arrive. Please be patient & understanding if your order is slow to arrive. With that said, my current estimates are as follows:

  • UK: 2-10 business days (1-10 on 1st Class)
  • Europe: 10-25 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15-25 business days

These are estimates based on current customer feedback and as said, are not guarantees. In rare cases parcels can take a couple of months if countries, areas, or parts of the postal service go into lockdown.

 

DIRECT TO RECIPIENT
Due to the current pandemic, a lot of people are asking to send their order directly to the recipient!

If you want to send a gift straight to the recipient, you can do so by putting their address as the delivery address and including a note with your order, which I will include with the parcel. This is ideal if you’re running late ordering a gift, or if you won’t be able to visit the recipient.
