When will my order be dispatched?

All orders (except custom and bulk orders) are posted in 1-3 working days of your order.
Most orders dispatch within 1-2 business days, but sometimes I need to make the item(s) you've ordered, in which case it may take a little longer.

If you need your order to be dispatched sooner, please contact me and I will try to accommodate, however this may not always be possible.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Estimated shipping time are as follows:

United Kingdom: 2nd Class 2-4 business days, 1st Class 1-3 business days

Europe: 3-7 business days

North America: 6-12 business days

Everywhere Else: 6-12 business days

Business days exclude weekends and bank holidays. These shipping times do not include dispatch time, and these estimates start from the day your order is shipped. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

What are the shipping options?


The cheapest option is "Royal Mail 2nd Class”, which is estimates to take 2-4 business days. I also offer “Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class”, “Royal Mail 1st Class” or “Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class”. “1st Class” is a quicker service (approx 1-3 business days), and “Signed For” provides proof of delivery.


I offer "Royal Mail International Standard" and “International Tracked”. The tracked service is no quicker than standard, but it provides tracking for your order.

I don't currently offer expedited shipping options. Also please note, none of the above options speed up dispatch time. If you need your order to be dispatched sooner, please message me and I will try to accommodate, however this may not always be possible.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

Most parcels arrive within the estimated shipping times. However, occasionally it can take longer. Royal Mail will not class items as missing until 10 business days (UK), 20 business days (Europe), or 25 business days (Outside Europe) have passed. I can't consider parcels as lost until these times have passed.

If this period has passed, please contact me!

(Please note that I can't track the whereabouts of your order if tracking was not selected at checkout, sorry!)

I entered the wrong address! Can I change it?

If you contact me before your order has shipped, then I can change the address I ship it to. Please note that the address shown on your order page / receipt won't change to reflect this, but I will confirm that I've changed it via email / message!

If your order has already been shipped then I can no longer change the address, sorry! In this case you will either have to visit the other address or order another one.

I cannot refund orders with the wrong address that have already been shipped, unless the original order is returned.

Will my order fit through my letter box? How big is the parcel?

Orders that only contain a small amount of patches / stickers are sent in an hard backed envelope, which will fit through a letter box. Orders containing a small amount of pins or larger amounts of patches / stickers will be sent in a "large letter" box, which should fit through most letter boxes. Orders containing bow ties or large amounts of pins are sent in a "small parcel" box, and it is unlikely this will fit through a letter box. Also please note, if your item is tracked it may require you to sign for it, in which case if you're not home you will have to collect it, as you will with orders that don't fit in your letterbox.
