When will my order be dispatched?

All orders (except custom and bulk orders) are posted in 1-3 working days of your order.
Most orders dispatch within 1-2 business days, but orders containing 1+ bow ties can take the full 3 days as these are made to order.

Shipping upgrades also include priority dispatch in the price (Services included: Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For / 1st Class / 1st Class Signed For / International Tracked).

As I'm a sole trader there can occasionally be delays - any delays will be announced here, and also on my social media.

If you need your order to be dispatched sooner, please contact me and I will try to accommodate, however this may not always be possible.


How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Estimated shipping time are as follows:

United Kingdom: 2nd Class 2-4 business days, 1st Class 1-3 business days

Europe: 3-7 business days

North America: 8-14 business days

Everywhere Else: 8-14 business days

Business days exclude weekends and bank holidays. These shipping times do not include dispatch time, and these estimates start from the day your order is shipped. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

On rare occasions there may be delays to the estimated delivery time. Any delays will be announced here, and also on my social media.


What are the shipping options & prices?

UK - applies to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Jersey

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class - Free - No Tracking
  • Royal Mail 1st Class - £0.90 - No Tracking
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - £1.50 - Tracked
  • Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - £1.90 - Tracked

  • Royal Mail International Standard - £2.35 - No Tracking
  • Royal Mail International Tracked - £8.00 - Tracked

Can you track my order? / Do you have a tracking number for my order?

If your order has been sent via tracked shipping, you will be able to track it via the information in your dispatch email. Once I've posted your order it's out of my hands, so I can only track it the same way you can!

Orders are sent via an untracked service as standard, as tracking is expensive!

Only* orders that select a tracked shipping option at checkout are sent via tracked shipping. (*some larger orders may be upgraded for free at my discretion. If this is the case, as stated above, tracking will be available in your email.)

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

Most parcels arrive within the estimated shipping times. However, occasionally it can take longer. Royal Mail will not class items as missing until 10 business days (UK), 20 business days (Europe), or 25 business days (Outside Europe) have passed since dispatch. I don't issue refunds or replacements until these periods have passed, as parcels have been known to arrive within these time frames, especially during busy times of year!

On rare occasions there may be delays to the estimated delivery time. Any delays will be announced here, and also on my social media.

If this period has passed and there are no delays announced, please contact me!

Please note you must notify me of any undelivered orders within 180 days of ordering, as I do not offer refunds after that period has passed.


I entered the wrong address! Can I change it?

If you contact me before your order has shipped, then I can change the address I ship it to. Please note that the address shown on your order page / receipt won't change to reflect this, but I will confirm that I've changed it via email / message!

If your order has already been shipped then I can no longer change the address, sorry! In this case you will either have to visit the other address or order another one.

I cannot refund orders with the wrong address that have already been shipped, unless the original order is returned.


Will my order fit through my letter box? How big is the parcel?

Orders that only contain a small amount of patches / stickers are sent in an hard backed envelope, which will fit through a letter box / mailbox.

Orders containing a small amount of pins / button badges or larger amounts of patches / stickers will be sent in a "large letter" box, which should fit through most letter boxes / mailboxes.

Orders containing bow ties or large amounts of other products are sent in a "small parcel" box, and it is unlikely this will fit through a letter box, but may fit in some mailboxes.

Bulk orders (eg. 8+ bow ties) are sent in a bigger "small parcel" boxes, which will definitely not fit through a letter box or in most mailboxes.

Also please note, if your item is tracked it may require you to sign for it, in which case if you're not home you will have to collect it, as you will with orders that don't fit in your letter box.
