Can I cancel my order?
I accept cancellations.
If you want to request a cancellation, contact me before I have shipped your order. Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
Can I return my order?
I accept returns.
Contact me first, within 14 days of delivery. If your return request is accepted, I must receive your return within 30 days.
Please do not send a return until you have messaged me and I have responded!
Conditions of return
- You're responsible for return shipping costs.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition and unworn.
- If the item(s) are not returned in their original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
- It is preferred that you use the original packaging or similar to return your order, as this will help ensure it arrives back in its original condition. You are responsible for any damage, and therefore loss in value, during transit.
- Assuming the item(s) are in the correct condition, you will receive your refund once I have received and checked the item(s).
- I will refund the cost of the cheapest shipping option if all items from the order are returned. If only part of an order is returned, I will only refund the cost of item(s) returned to me.
- If the items were damaged before you received them, these conditions may not apply, please read the section titled "What if my item(s) arrive damaged?" below.
The following items cannot be returned
- Clearance items
- Items on sale
- 'Seconds' items
- Items that have been worn / used
What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
Most parcels arrive within the estimated shipping times. However, occasionally it can take longer. Royal Mail will not class items as missing until 10 business days (UK), 20 business days (Europe), or 25 business days (Outside Europe) have passed since dispatch. I don't issue refunds or replacements until these periods have passed, as parcels have been known to arrive within these time frames, especially during busy times of year!
On rare occasions there may be delays to the estimated delivery time. Any delays will be announced here, and also on my social media.
If this period has passed and there are no delays announced, please contact me!
Please note you must notify me of any undelivered orders within 180 days of ordering, as I do not offer refunds after that period has passed.

What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
All orders are packaged in cardboard boxes with tissue paper for protection, except for small sticker and patch orders, which are sent in a hard backed envelope. However, if an item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact me. All cases will be dealt with individually.
Please note you must notify me of any damaged orders within 7 days of delivery.
What if I'm sent the wrong item(s)?
I triple check all parcels before sending them. However, if I have sent you the wrong item, please take a photo and contact me, and I'll sort it out!

I entered the wrong address! Can I change it?
If you contact me before your order has shipped, then I can change the address I ship it to. Please note that the address shown on your order page / receipt may not change to reflect this, but I will confirm that I've changed it via email / message!
If your order has already been shipped then I can no longer change the address, sorry! In this case you will either have to visit the other address or order another one.
I cannot refund orders with the wrong address that have already been shipped, unless the original order is returned.
I ordered the wrong product! Can I exchange it?
If you contact me before your order has shipped, then I you can change your order. Please note that the products shown on your order page / receipt may not change to reflect this, but I will confirm that I've changed it via email / message!
If your order has already been shipped then I can no longer change the product(s), sorry! I do not offer exchanges. In this situation, you would need to return the incorrect product(s) at your own cost and in accordance with my returns policy, and you would have to reorder to correct product(s).
